Search Mapping Table by SAGE Tag

On this page, you can enter a full or fragmentary SAGE tag and a pattern match will be performed against the Mapping table and all matching records will be displayed. All SAGE tags in the Mapping table are 10 bases long but shorter 'fragments' can be entered for searching. Try 'TTTTTTTTTT' and 'TTTTT' to get a feel for what will be returned by this search and the difference between a full and fragment search.
